Cardiff Giant "Old Hoaxey" is a Super Tuscan red wine inspired blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon. It is the 2nd in the series of 3 collectible Cardiff Giant labels that pay tribute to what might be the greatest hoax in American history. Although the memory of the hoax has faded with time, like the brick wall in its glory days, the Cardiff Giant's place in American folklore remains.

The intense bright fruit flavors of the Sangiovese are balanced by the rich dark fruit characteristics of Cabernet Sauvignon. French oak aging adds subtle vanilla and toast notes that combine with medium body mouth feel, smooth tannins, and balanced acidity. This Napa Valley wine coats the entire palate, revealing a long enjoyable finish.
