We don’t take bets we feel can’t be won, so Ante Up opens the action with hints of mint, vanilla, and berries on the nose. Flavors of rich plum and blueberry are balanced by black pepper spice and slight mineral notes. Our inaugural Cabernet Franc, sourced from a friends vineyard in St. Helena, is as bold, spicy and smooth as the "pack" of gentleman who frequented the smoke-filled lounges of Las Vegas casinos back in the 50's and 60's.
