General Information What is included with my membership in "The List" Cellar Club? · You will receive quarterly wine shipments ("The Drop") with a fixed price of $65 with a retail value of $75-$100. · You will receive a 20% discount on all other wine purchases and merchandise. · You will have complimentary tasting for up to 4 people each time you visit the Sort This Out Cellars Tasting Room. · You will have access to limited production wines not available to the public. · You will receive a complimentary commemorative gift with each quarterly shipment.

What is the cost of each "The List" Cellar Club shipment? · Each shipment ("The Drop") is $65 plus 7.75% California sales tax (if shipping within CA) and shipping (2-3 bottles $15, 4-6 bottles $19).

How many shipments will I receive a year? · You will receive 4 shipments ("The Drop") a year or 1 shipment approximately every 11-14 weeks.

How many bottles of wine will I receive in each Cellar Club shipment? · Each shipment varies. You will receive between 2-6 bottles of wine in each shipment.

Is there a membership fee to join? · No, there is no membership, annual or cancellation fee.

Returns and Exchanges Information How do I return my Cellar Club Shipment? · We do not accept returns on "The List" Cellar Club shipments. All sales of Cellar Club wines are final. We only accept exchanges of Cellar Club wine(s) for the same or like wine(s) if the wine is damaged during shipping. Please see Shipping Information for further details on exchanging your damaged wine(s) and our Terms and Conditions.

Can I exchange my wine(s) in my shipment for other wines or Sort This Out Cellars merchandise? · No, you may not exchange the wines in your shipment for other Sort This Out Cellars wines or merchandise. Wines in the Cellar Club shipments may only be exchanged for the same wines (if available) if they are damaged during shipping. No other exchanges are accepted.

Shipping Information How do you ship your wines? Shipping Policy · We reserve the right to refuse shipping any item. · The shipping cost for each "The List" Cellar Club shipment varies (2-3 bottles $15, 4-6 bottles $19). · We ship 4 times per year. · We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, AFO, or APO. · Click here for the list of states we ship to. We do not ship internationally at this time. · We ship all packages with FedEx or UPS. · Shipments must be signed for at time of delivery by an adult age 21 years or older. · We do not ship any orders using customer account numbers. · Shipping charges are non-refundable. · If a package is undeliverable, it will be sent back to us. We will then attempt to re-ship the shipment at an additional shipping cost to you. Your original shipping fees are non-refundable. · We recommend you ship your items to a location where an adult is available during the day, like a business or home office location.

The wines I received in my Cellar Club shipment were damaged during shipping, what do I do? · If an item is received broken or damaged, you must submit a claim to info(at)sortthisoutcellars.com within 7 days of receiving your package(s). We will not accept wine shipped back to us without prior authorization. · Claims are processed in 3-5 business days. · Customer is responsible for shipping back damaged item(s) to us. · Once damaged item(s) are received they will be exchanged with the same item(s)(if available) or like value item(s). Some of our wines are limited productions and exact wine(s) may not be available for replacement. · If damage is visible from the exterior of the package you can refuse service from the shipping carrier and the package will be sent back to us by the carrier at no cost to you.

Other Information How do I update my membership contact information? · You can update your membership information, including your email address, mailing address, credit card number, etc...by logging into your Sort This Out Cellars online account profile.

How do I cancel my membership in "The List" Cellar Club? · You may cancel your membership at anytime up to 7 days prior to the processing of a current shipment. You must communicate your wish to cancel your membership in "The List" Cellar Club by email to info(at)sortthisoutcellars.com.
