Donations
Due to the large volume of donation requests we receive each year, we follow a stringent process to award wine, soda and merchandise. The requests we receive for wine each year actually exceed our wine production therefore, we take great care in selecting the organizations we donate to. We kindly ask that you follow our submission process below so your request will be appropriately reviewed.
SUBMISSION PROCESS:
All requests must be submitted via email at info@sortthisoutcellars.com. Mail, phone & walk-in requests WILL NOT be considered.
Requests MUST be received 60 days prior to the date needed.
If we choose to make a donation to your organization we will contact you within 2-3 weeks of receiving your request.
As a general practice we do not donate wine to events or organizations who's primary focus is servicing those under 21 years of age.
